Corporate Workshops - SOLD OUT - join the waitlist

AMP Corporate Workshop Day takes place one day prior to the official start of the AMP Annual Meeting & Expo. This event is the exclusive opportunity for AMP Exhibiting Companies to present directly to and interact directly with their clients and prospects. More than 80% of all meeting registrants attend Corporate Workshop Day. No registration is required so your colleagues and customers alike are welcome to attend regardless of whether or not they plan to attend the AMP Annual Meeting & Expo. 

Highlights of Corporate Workshop Day...

  • More than 80 hours of workshops hosted by AMP Exhibiting Companies
  • Takes place one day prior to the start of the AMP Annual Meeting & Expo
  • Does not require registration so your colleagues and clients are welcome to attend
  • Attracts more than 1,000 AMP meeting registrants
  • Allows AMP Exhibitors direct access to their clients and prospects in a classroom-type environment
  • Provides workshop host companies with the opportunity to place a poster in a designated area
  • This opportunity is ONLY available to AMP Exhibiting Companies.

Costs and Services...

  • The cost is $5,000 per 50 minute workshop if purchased on or before April 25.
    The cost is $5,500 per 50 minute workshop if purchased after April 25.
  • For an additional $2,000 you can also purchase the video recording package which includes - speaker video recording alongside presentation slides and on Demand posting on the AMP Website.
  • The fee includes general A/V services – a podium, room set-up, microphone, laptop, projector, and screen. Additional services including catering are available at the workshop host’s expense.
  • AMP promotes Corporate Workshop Day to all members and meeting registrants via the Website, email, and during the online Annual Meeting registration process

Deadlines...

  • The deadline to secure a corporate workshop is June 30, 2023 or until sold out. These sell quickly so book early!
  • The deadline to provide complete workshop details, including title and description (100 words, max), is August 1, 2023.

Restrictions...

  • Content is subject to the approval of AMP.
  • Limit three 50 minute sessions per company.
  • Corporate Partners may host more than three workshops upon approval by AMP.

Innovation Spotlight Stages - one spot now available! 

The new AMP Innovation Spotlight Stage provides exhibitors with an opportunity to address a captive audience front and center on the show floor, during show hours. (see floorplan for locations)
 

During the Innovation Spotlights, exhibitors are encouraged to provide all things innovative, including:

  • Hands on demos for new and innovative technology & products (space is limited)
  • Talks and presentations on Innovative approaches to the Molecular Pathology industry
  • Industry hot topics (including interactive debates and discussions)


There are only a limited amount of slots for this very exclusive opportunity and space is limited so sign up early!


Costs and Services...

  • The cost is $6,000 for one 30 minute presentation.
  • The fee includes general A/V services - a podium, stage set-up, microphone, projector, and screen.
  • AMP will provide signage.
  • AMP will include a listing and description in the printed and online materials.

Lunch

The general lunch will be hosted in the Exhibit Hall. All registered meeting attendees are will be served a buffet meal for lunch during all three days of the meeting.

Normally held on the second night of the Annual Meeting & Expo, the Social Event is the perfect environment for attendees to meet, greet, and unwind after two full days of educational sessions. Help attendees to make the most of this celebration by supporting the event.

Meeting Space


A limited number of small rooms on the perimeter of the Exhibit Hall will be available for exhibitors to conduct one-on-one meetings with their clients and prospects. They will be available to rent for the duration of the show hours. Each room will be set with one table and four chairs. Additional features, such as audio/visual, Internet, and a lockable door are available at the expense of the exhibiting company. Note - food and beverage are NOT permitted in these meeting spaces.

Costs and Services...

  • The cost is $3,200 for a 10’ x 10’ meeting room or $5,800 for a 10’ x 20’ meeting room.
  • The fee includes one table and four chairs per 10’ x 10’ space.
  • AMP will provide signage.

Exhibitors are invited to take advantage of digital banner advertising spaces available in AMP’s Member Newsletters, AMPlifications and The Digital Digest. The AMP Newsletters are released monthly and are AMP’s most read publications. Content must be received no later than one week before selected distribution date.

Meeting Bag Insert

Every meeting attendee receives a meeting bag for use during the event. Get your message out to attendees when they first arrive by including an insert in their meeting bag!
